From this week’s reading, the thing I found most surprising was
how much information I already knew just from taking MAN3025. A lot of things
in the reading we have already talked about in Management, it just went a
little bit more in depth, for example strategic, tactical, and operational
planning.
I didn’t find any of this chapter confusing since I have also
been learning about it in my management course. It was just interesting to read
about it in a different perspective than we do in MAN3025.
I have no questions for the author and I don’t think he was
wrong about anything. All of the topics he discussed were exactly what was in
my management textbook, it was just nice seeing it from another point of view.
